The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Renee. Renee was happiest when she was with her friends and family. Renee loved unconditionally and touched so many lives. She had a witty sense of humor that was contagious to everyone she met. She never met a stranger and engaged anyone in conversation they just could not resist. Renee was fond of pets and music. She will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.
She is survived by her husband, John Dewey; her mother, Deborah Legrand and stepfather,
Bruce Legrand; two stepchildren, Hudson and Price; sister, Michelle Coan; uncle, Lowell
Westbury; cousins, Angela Huggins, Tonya Cobia-Percival and Sean Ruff; mother and father-in-law, Allen and Jane Dewey and sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Goodwin and Margaret Ellis.
A celebration of life will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.
