Barbara Lee Harris, 72, formerly of Kearney, Missouri, passed away on June 20, 2014. Mrs. Harris had been making her home in Rothville, Missouri since 2000. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jewell Harris in 2000. She was a member of the Rothville Baptist Church. Survivors include her children: Lorena Harris of Independence, Missouri; Jane Ramsey of Smithville, Missouri; and Charlie Harris of Richmond, Missouri; brother, Vernon Hardin and sister, Suzanne Loft, both of St. Joseph, Missouri; and her grandchildren: Ashley, Teresa, and Sara Harris. Funeral Services will be at 1:00p.m., Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at Chandler Baptist Church, 11401 State Route 33, Liberty, Missouri, followed by interment in the Glenridge Cemetery, Liberty, Missouri. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Rothville Baptist Church or the Northcare Hospice House.
