Daniel "Dan" Alan Pool

Daniel Alan “Dan” Pool, 65, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away October 20, 2023. A Celebration of Dan’s Life will be held from 2:00-4:00pm, Sunday, November 5th at Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, 119 E. Franklin St., Liberty, MO 64068.

Dan was born June 28, 1958 in Clay County, Missouri to Marvin and Carol Pool. He graduated from North Kansas City High School with some continued education following. Dan owned and operated P.C. Warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri for over twenty years. Through his work and mentoring, Dan gave many people a stepping stone and guidance in the industry. He was always tinkering and working on his house. Dan ascribed to the “Work Hard, Play Hard” mentality and made sure to host many gatherings at his home and elsewhere. He spent many years at a family cabin in the Ozarks and loved spending time outdoors, especially in or on the water.

He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin “Barney” Pool, II; and his mother and her husband, Carol and Dave Tinsley.

Dan is survived by his daughter and her husband, D. Racheal and Ted Glass; his granddaughter, Joey Stevens; his best friend, Denise Johnson-Smith; his brothers, John Pool, and Marvin Pool, III; his step-mother, Sheree Pool; and his step-siblings, other relatives and many friends.
