Reinhold R. Krueger

PASTOR R. R. (REINHOLD ROBERT) KRUEGER, 79, of Branson, Missouri passed into the Hands of His Lord Jesus Christ with his daughter Krista by his side. On September 21, 2015, he joined his now-sainted wife, Susan; son, R. Scott; and daughter, Bethany. He was the founding Pastor of the The Lutheran Church of The Good Shepherd in Canandaigua, New York from 1961-1965; Pastor of Concordia Lutheran Church in Brentwood, Pennsylvania from 1965-1970; and Pastor of Christ Lutheran Church in Platte Woods, Missouri from 1970-2002. He served as Chaplain for the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department and the Missouri Highway Patrol. Upon retirement in 2002, he became “Pastor-Emeritus” of Christ Lutheran Church. He and his wife moved to their lake home in Branson, Missouri. He is survived by daughter, Krista Hall, and 9 grandchildren and 2+ great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, September 27, 2015 from 2:00-4:00p.m., at Christ Lutheran Church, 6700 N.W. 72nd Street, Platte Woods, Missouri. The Divine Worship Service celebrating Jesus Christ’s Resurrection will follow at 4:00p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests Memorials to Christ Lutheran Church or The Missouri Association of State Troopers Emergency Relief Society.
