

She was a native of Burnsville, Yancey County and lived in Greensboro during WWII making uniforms for our service men. She lived in Paulsboro, NJ before retiring to Guilford County and then Randolph County.
A funeral service will be held at First United Methodist Church in Liberty on Wednesday, March, 7, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Gene Dean officiating; burial will follow at Gilmore Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 6, 2012 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Loflin Funeral Home in Liberty
She is survived by her two sons, Joseph (Sharon) Coco of Rio Grande, NJ and Russell (Donna) Coco of Staley; five grandsons, Joseph (Erin) Coco, Vincent Coco both of Rio Grande, NJ, Russell (Alexis) Coco of Greensboro, Nicholas Coco of Staley, and Jeremy (Cassandra) Coco of Waynesville, NC; one brother, George (Aileen) King of Arden, NC; one brother-in-law, Sebastian (Nina) Coco; sister-in-law, Mildred Coco of Maple Shade, NJ; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a church of your choice, Faith Community Nurse, PO Box 793, Liberty, NC 27298, American Cancer Society-Relay for Life, 4A Oak Branch Drive, Greensboro, NC 27407.
