A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 21, 2013 at 1 pm at Fairview Cemetery in Liberty. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 5 pm until 7 pm at Loflin Funeral Home of Liberty.
He is preceded in death by his parents A.C. “Bill” and Ann Westmoreland Duncan.
Surviving is his wife of 52 years Joan Allred Duncan of the home; son, Mark Duncan (Marie) of Liberty; daughter Lisa Justice (Chris) of Snow Camp; sister, Mildred Mauldin of Alabama; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
