Earl Wayne Overman

He was born on May 31, 1949, to Rez Patterson & Faydene Overman, both of whom have preceded him to Heaven. He grew up in his beloved community of Pleasant Hill, and later resided in Burlington, NC before living out his dream by relocating to Waikiki Beach in the early 90’s. He was a pioneer of the Hawaii travel industry, creating and designing “all-inclusive Hawaii packages”, of which he always gave the credit and glory to GOD.

His true passion was his family, and he is survived by his wife Deborah, daughter Haven and son-in-law Andrew Bollinger, son Joseph Overman and daughter-in-law Jade, grandchildren Avaliyah, Zavien, Zyan, and Angelina and sisters Darlene Gerringer and Barbara Coble.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, December 17 at 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Christian Church, Liberty. The family will receive friends Friday, December 16 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Loflin Funeral Home, Liberty. Family will also receive friends following the funeral at Pleasant Hill Christian Church.
