James was a long time member of Coble’s Lutheran Church.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 12, 2014 at 11:00 am
at Coble’s Lutheran Church officiated by Rev. Joseph A Miller; burial to follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday, September 11, 2014
from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the Loflin Funeral Home.
James was the son of the late Lonnie Harold and Addie Williams Campbell; and he was preceded in death by his brothers, Wiley Lee Campbell, Harold “Doc” Campbell and sister, Addie Lea C. Taylor.
Surviving is his wife of 61 years, Patsy Ingram Campbell; daughters, Joan C. Johnson (Randal), Marilyn C. Cooper (Clayton); Granddaughter, Amy J. Case (Mike); Grandson, Jonathan Johnson (Alison) Great-Great Grandchildren, Morgan and Noah Crutchfield; sisters, Dorothy Kivett of Staley, Pat (Patty) Campbell of Staley; brothers, John Dee Campbell (Brenda) of Liberty and Lloyd Campbell (Betty) of Siler City; sisters-in-law, Louise Campbell and Sylvia Campbell; brother-in-law, Wiley Taylor.
A special thank you to all who touched Jimmy’s life for over the last 87 years.
