He was employed with the Orange County Government; 911 Telecommunicator and a member of the Liberty Ruritan Club of Liberty.
A Funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 19 at 2:00 p.m. at the Loflin Funeral Home Chapel. Officiated by Rev. Danny Wallace; burial will follow in Gilmore Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Surviving is his wife of 8 years, Jerri Light Gale; parents Susan Bishop Gale of Kinston and John Gale of Raleigh; brother, Brooks Gale of Albemarle; maternal grandmother, Edith Bishop of Morganton; 4 nieces and 1 nephew.
