

Judith was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a faithful member of Alcoholics Anonymous for 31 years where she touched many lives and took time to help others. Judith was also a member of Ramseur Wesleyan Church and volunteered for Meals-on-Wheels.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Ramseur Wesleyan Church in Ramseur, officiated by Pastor Tim Butcher; burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 24, 2016 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at the church.
Judith was the daughter of the late I. G. Goldsmith and Frances Grubb Goldsmith, and was also preceded in death by her sister, Linda Richelew, and son-in-law, Jon Shearer.
She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Robert Brizendine; son, Billy McMahan (Elizabeth); daughters, Kelly Shearer, Mandy Graham (David), Barbara Burgess (Jeff), Roberta Brizendine, and Linda Wilcox; grandchildren, Taylor, Erin, and Ian McMahan, Zachary and Jenna Shearer, Elyse, Matthew, Andrew, and Jacob Graham, Kylie Shelton (Jack), Rachel Burgess, Wesley Lee; great-grandchild, Jackson Shelton; and brother, Gordon Goldsmith (Ingrid).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Randolph County, PO Box 9, Asheboro, NC 27204.
