A graveside service will be held Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Coble’s Lutheran Church.
Kathryn was born August 2, 1922, the daughter of the late Carl and Thelma Wade and was also preceded in death by her husband, William K. Smith; sisters, Myrtle Morris and Mildred Wade.
Kathryn is survived by daughter, Susan Chamberlain (Frank);
grandson, Shane Pike (Laurie), and their five children, Logan, Isaac, Conor, Joseph and Luke; grandson, Jason Pike (Danielle); sister, Betty Wade Fields; brother Jack Wade; several nieces and nephews; her cat, Allie and good friends Mary and Kindra.
