Chase Ausbrooks was born June 17, 1990 in Nashville, TN and passed away on November 19, 2016 in Pompano Beach, Florida at age 26. He is survived by his beloved parents, Jason Ausbrooks and Mary Beth Ausbrooks, he is the brother of Jacob Ausbrooks, and also the cherished grandson of Rebecca Maney, Rick Ausbrooks and Sue Ausbrooks. Chase is also remembered by his dear uncles and aunt; Gary White, Chris Ausbrooks and Gene and Gail White. He proudly served his country in the US Navy.
A Memorial Service will be held on December 3, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Austin & Bell Funeral Home, 533 TN-76 White House, TN, 37188.
