David Cunningham

David was born to parents Bernard Cunningham and Kathleen Miles in Brooklyn, New York on March 12, 1939. 

David graduated Sewanhaka High School in 1956 and went on to serve as a member of the United States Marine Corps. He retired a proud member of the FDNY spending his whole career at Ladder 45 in Washington Heights.

David is survived by his loving partner Judith McLaughlin; his daughter Kathleen Doherty and her husband Edward; sons, James Cunningham and Douglas Cunningham; loving brother Barry Cunningham and his wife Adelaide. 

He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends. Service information is listed below.

Burial: Monday, August 29, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. (Lane #5) at South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 State Road 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449
