Juan Perez

Juan R Perez of Pompano Beach, FL passed away at 8:45pm on Wednesday, September 13th 2023 at the age of 63 peacefully in his sleep at home with his loved ones by his side. He was born on June 15th, 1960 in La Feria, TX to Juan R Perez Sr. & Virginia Ruiz. 

Mr. Perez is survived by his wife of 40 years, Margie Perez; grandson who lives with them, James Treber. His stepdaughter, Lucy (Greg) Botello; two stepsons Mario A. (Orlinda) Felan & Andy Felan. His three brothers, Gilbert Perez, Raymond Perez, & David Perez. His sister, Molly Perez, & father Juan R Perez Sr. Eight grandchildren, twenty five great grand children, & one nephew. 

His grandson, Ricardo X. Yzaguirre Jr., & mother, Virginia Ruiz, preceded him in death. 

Mr. Perez lived in Pompano Beach area most of his life. He worked as a roofer until he became ill. His past time was fishing as well as playing the harmonica, guitar, & accordion. He also enjoyed drawing. He was a devoted husband and was deeply cherished by all his grandchildren, great grandchildren, & his stepchildren. 

He was so very loved and will be deeply missed. Services will be held September 21st, 2023 at 4:00pm at the Horizon Funeral Services.
