

He is the beloved husband of the late Dolores Paradise and former husband of the late Mary Paradise (nee Grohal). He is survived by his loving children; Salvatore Dennis Paradise, David A. Paradise, Donna Scheuring (William), and Cynthia Miller (Richard and granddaughter Diane miller). Brother of Mary Langord, Grace Tignanelli, Dolly Lewis, Joseph Paradise, and the late Leonard Paradise. He is also survived by his former Daughter in law; Sharon A. Fledderman and many nieces, nephews and cousins in New York and Italy.
Mr. Paradise proudly and bravely served our country in the United States Army during WWII as a Private First Class. He entered service in 1943 and was a part of the 63rd Division Infantry, earning both two Purple Hearts and The Bronze Star Medal. Amongst these prestigious awards were many more, some of which include; Victory Medal WWII, Medal of Good Conduct, 5th Division Infantry Medal, The France Luxembourg Medal, Rifle expert M-16 Medal and others. He volunteered to join the 5th Infantry Division under the command of Gen. George S. Patton in 1944. In 1945 he received an honorable discharge while a Private First Class in Company E, 2nd Infantry Regiment.
He was a loving husband, a proud father and grandfather, a beloved brother and uncle, and a courageous soldier. His memory will live on in the hearts of his loved ones.
Burial with Military Honors will be held at a later date at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, Florida.
