Barbara Ann Flory Larue

Barbara A. (Flory) LaRue, 66, of Elida, died at 2:49 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 6, 2011, at her residence. She was born Aug. 25, 1944, in Lima, to David E. and Thelma S. (Himmeger) Flory who preceded her in death. On Dec. 29, 1978, she married James L. LaRue who survives.

Mrs. LaRue had been a Lima City bus driver and a homemaker. She attended Lima Central High School.

Also surviving are two sons: Donald (Mary E.) Lemaster, Jr. of Lima and James LaRue, Jr. of Spencerville; 3 stepchildren: Margaret (David) Cornn and Marsha (Bill) Elliot both of Bakersfield, CA and James C. (Jody) LaRue of Nashville, TN; 7 grandchildren: Lindsey Lemaster, Lissa Lemaster and Loretta Lemaster, Roger LeMar, Jr., Ashley LeMar, Justin LaRue and Cameron Linton; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her siblings: David Flory, Roger Flory and Patricia Kelley.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home, with Rev. Terry Brock officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, from 2-4, and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
