Catherine Katy L. Gass Keysor

Catherine L. “Katy” Keysor, 84 of Lima passed away 1:20 a.m. Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at her residence. She was born on August 12, 1929 in Decatur, Indiana to Leon and Mildred (Stoker) Gass and they precede her in death. On October 10, 1946 she married Gerald W. “Bill” Keysor and he died August 3, 2011.

Katy is survived by her children: Ronald (Pamela) Keysor of Delphos, Linda (Bob) Hunter of Lima and Kathy (Gary) Mason also of Lima. She is also survived by her nineteen grandchildren: Don, Wendi, Buck, Bonnie, Josh, Nate, Lonnie, Billy Jo, Jimmy, Bill, Bob, Gerry, Mona, Tony, David, Jenny, Katy, Emily and Steve; sixty great grandchildren; a sister: Jean Nerdeman of Lima; a sister-in-law Mabel Gass of Lima and a brother-in-law Del (Rosemary) Keysor of Columbus.

Mrs. Keysor is also preceded in death by a son: Robert L. Keysor, her sisters, Marge Archer, Gerry Hardeman and a brother, Richard Gass.

Katy was a wonderful homemaker who dearly loved her family. She was a devoted wife and a very good friend to many.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 5, 2013 with Rev. Douglas Adams, officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Family and friends may call, Friday October 4, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at SIFERD-ORIANS FUNERAL HOME.
