Deborah J Ayers Barker

Deborah J. Barker, 55, of Lima passed away Monday evening , August 4, 2014 at 6:46 p.m. at St. Rita’s Medical Center. She was born on August 14, 1958 in Lima to Henry and Odella (Golden) Ayers who preceded her in death. On December 24, 1982 she married Charles E. Barker and he survives her.

Deborah is also survived by two brothers: Larry (Bonnie) Ayers of Lima and Gary Ayers of Vaughnsville; her three in-laws: Teresia McCluer, Debbie Gilbert, Gary (Jodi) Barker, and her mother-in-law, Gladys Barker all of Lima.

Deborah was a 1976 graduate of Lima Senior High School. She was a wonderful wife, sister and friend to many. She was employed at the Save-a-Lot on Elizabeth and Vine.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 7, 2014 at SIFERD-ORIANS FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Terry Brock, officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Family and friends may call Thursday, August 7 from 12 Noon until time of the service at 2 p.m.
