

She was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late Tom and Viola Bosco. She was a graduate of Madonna College in Livonia, Michigan and received a Master’s Degree from Marygrove College in Detroit.
Diana taught junior high school English for several years before choosing to stay home and raise a family. Once her children were old enough, she helped take care of others’ as a nanny. She was also a frequent volunteer in her church, St. Hugo of the Hills in Bloomfield Hills, MI.
She was a loving wife and devoted mother and grandmother. Diana is survived by her husband of 48 years, John; three sons, Marc (Angie) of Lima, Paul (Jennifersue) of Rochester Hills, MI and Patrick O’Keefe (Denise) of Dearborn, MI; eight grandchildren, Conner, Ethan and Kevin Bowker, Preston, Jada and Jillian Bowker, Shannon Savill (O’Keefe), Sean O’Keefe; and siblings, Brenda Burkinshaw of Cincinnati, Ohio and Donna Kinnard (Joe) of Overland Park, Kansas. Three nieces and nephews also survive: Katie Burkinshaw Bryant of Cincinnati, Lisa Kinnard McElwain of Maryland and Daniel Kinnard of California.
A celebration of Diana’s life will be held at St. Charles Borromeo in Lima, Ohio on Thursday, February 15 from 5:00-7:00PM. A funeral mass will be held at St. Hugo of the Hills in Bloomfield Hills, MI on Tuesday, February 20 at 11:00AM. Private interment will be at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Southfield, MI.
