Melissa Gayle Saltis

Melissa Gayle (Stapleton) Saltis, 44, of Napoleon, died Thursday, June 11, 2015 in Fairborn, Ohio. On November 11, 1993 she married John Saltis and he survives her. She was born August 19, 1970 to A. J. Stapleton and Lou Mae (Shepard) Honeycutt and they survive her.

She is survived by her children, Carrie Stapleton of Napoleon, Anthony Stapleton of Napoleon, Ciara Dinsmore of Lima, Christopher Stapleton of Napoleon, Amy Saltis of Hillard, Jennifer (James) Knoop of Troy and John Matthew (Rachel) Saltis of Troy. She is the grandmother of sixteen grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Jay Stapleton of Fairborn. She had been preceded in death by her sister Cinda Daniels-Stapleton.

Melissa was a homemaker, she devoted herself to her family, she loved listening to country music and was interested in crime stories.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at SIFERD-ORIANS FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Family and friends may call Wednesday June 17, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
