Phyllis L. Fedele

Phyllis L. Fedele, 84, of Lima, died at 12:45 p.m., Friday, Feb. 6, 2015, at her residence. She was born July 8, 1930, in Lima to Leroy James and Alice (Davis) Groves who preceded her in death. On Dec. 3, 1951, she married Joseph E. Fedele who died Oct. 20, 2008.

Surviving are four children: Terry (Evelyn) Fedele of Ohio City, Diana Numbers of Spencerville, Greg (Dorinda) Fedele of Cairo and Cheriese Fedele-White of Lima; twelve grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Harry Hullinger; and the following siblings: Richard, William, Norbert and Gloria Groves and Mary Coffey.

Mrs. Fedele retired after 42 years with Ex-Cell-O/Textron. She was a great mother who would do anything for her children and adored her grandchildren. She loved to help anyone and was a kind and caring individual. She loved to read, play cards and watch old movies.

Her funeral service will begin at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, at SIFERD-ORIANS FUNERAL HOME, with Rev. Greg Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Monday, from 2-4, and 6-8 p.m. in the funeral home.
