Reece Nicholas Sanchez

Reece Nicholas Sanchez, 8, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015, in his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was received into a state of happiness, and began his rest from troubles, sorrow, & pain in the arms of his Savior Jesus Christ.

Reece was born on November 27, 2006, in Van Wert to Rick Sanchez & Renee Sanchez, both surviving in Lima. Reece was a student at Marimor. He adored his loving family, especially his big brother Rylan, and his grandparents. Reece was a joy and inspiration to all who were blessed to know him and opened their hearts as well as their eyes. He came into this world as a miracle and left this world as a miracle. His family will be eternally changed by his presence & his passing.

Reece is survived by his brother Rylan Sanchez of Lima at home & Mason Sanchez of Lima at home, paternal grandparents, Marie Sanchez, of Lima & Jesse Sanchez, of Lima, his maternal grandparents, Dennis (Marcia) Hoffhines, of Rockford, OH & Patricia (Lynn) Army, of Van Wert, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, Sept. 11, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., in St. Charles Catholic Church with Fr. Mike Houston officiating and burial will follow in Gethsemani Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House of Columbus, 711 E Livingston Ave, Columbus, OH 43205.
