Sandra Elaine Kisner, 77, of Lima, passed away on Sunday November 22, 2015, at Lima Memorial Hospital. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday November 24, 2015 at 1 P.M., at SIFERD-ORIANS FUNERAL HOME, with Rev. Jim Neighbors officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. A private burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
