Born October 4, 1928 in Spreckles, California to Alfred and Alexandra Nevarez passed away peacefully on November 11, 2015 in Lincoln, California. She is preceded in death by her first husband Wendell Miller, and her daughter Janet. She is survived by her loving husband Art; her daughters Michele Corso (Jim), and Debra Hathaway (Paul); 8 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her step children Rolana and Robert. A lover of many things in life, her greatest passions was collecting teddy bears, golfing, traveling the country, and music. She will be loved and cherished by all who knew her. There will be a memorial service for Fran, held on Saturday November 21, 2015 at 11:00am and will be a The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 252 N O Street Lincoln, CA 95648.
