Manuel Padilla

Born on September 20, 1926 in Lincoln, CA, and received his angel wings on October 16, 2017 at 91 years old in Roseville, CA with his family by his side. He is preceded in death by his Mother and Father, Guadalupe and Martin Padilla. Brothers, Arturo and Freddy Padilla, and sisters Emma Padilla, and Ester Chavez. He is survived by his wife Bonnie Padilla. Children Larry Padilla and Leslie Gonzalez (Randy). Grandchildren, Julian Gonzalez (Nicky), Robert Gonzalez, and Amber Freise, and Great- Grandchildren, Liam, Alexa, Ella, and Lane Gonzalez. Manuel Padilla was a man of many talents. He served in the Army and retired from McClellan AFB. He had many hobbies that he liked to do such as camping, fishing, hunting, golfing, cooking, and upholstery. He also loved to couch his daughters softball teams, plant things in his garden, and play with all his grandkids. He was a loving man, with a heart of gold who touched many peoples lives, and he will be forever missed, but eternally in our hearts. Services will be held on November 4, 2017 at the Lincoln Funeral Home. Rosery starting @ 10am, service, graveside, and food and memories to follow.
