

Preceded in death by parents Jesus and Micaela; son Adon; siblings Napoleon, Ken, Nene, Gregoria, and Jane; nephew Rene; niece Lily.
Criz graduated from Lincoln High in Lincoln, NE. He enjoyed fishing and doing other outdoor activities. He loved watching football and was a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the University of NE teams.
One of the highlights of his life was moving to an acreage. This move allowed him to plan for and host family gatherings in the summer which included his famous pool parties, seafood parties, and many other celebrations.
Criz was so proud of his four grandchildren. He never tired of telling stories about them. He was also blessed with six great-grandchildren.
He was married to his wife, Naida, for 35 years. Although he was a dog-lover, he learned to like cats during his marriage.
Prior to retirement, Criz had been self-employed in concrete construction and worked in highway repair with Dustrol Inc.
Survived by wife, Naida; son Criz Jr. (Kayla); grandson, Brock; granddaughters, Chabrie ( Neil Rhynalds); Mariah, Cecilia of Lincoln; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters Hopey (Flavio) Gonzalez; Olga; Maria; Carmela (Brad) Funk; brothers Jessie (Lupe); Jose (Valerie).
A Celebration of Life will be held at 9 AM Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home 6800 S. 14th Street, Lincoln. Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation. Condolences to www.lincolnfh.com.
