Delmer L. Bockholdt, 87 of Lincoln, died June 16, 2015. Born in rural Plymouth, NE to Fred and Anna (Becker) Bockholdt. Retired from Yankee Hill Brick CO. in Lincoln. Member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He served in the US Army during the Korean conflict and was a member of the American Legion.He was a very social person who enjoyed puzzles and Husker football. Preceded in death by his parents; wife Sylvia; sister Lucille Pieper and he is survived by his nephews Steve (Linda), Larry (Shari) and Joel Pieper; great nephew Jess (Emily) Pieper, great niece Erica (Andy) Raymond; great great niece Everly Pieper; cousins. Funeral service 12:30pm, June 19, 2015, Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home 6800 S. 14th St. Lincoln. Visitation one hour before service. Memorials to Trinity Lutheran Church or School.
