Elizabeth J. “Betty” Yonkey, 76, of Hickman, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2016. She was born in Odell, NE to Walter and Gertrude (Wetter) Kramer. Loving Wife and Mother. Betty was a great cook and baker. She was very generous. Co-owner of Yonkey Pine Plantation Tree Farm for over 49 years. Former Cosmetologist for 20 years. Survivors: Husband: Art. Son: Jason (Deb) Yonkey. Daughter: Megan Yonkey. Sisters: June (Bill) Gordon, Pat (Gary) Saville. Brothers: Don (Dorothy), Bob (Sue), Dennis (Peg), Randy (Jill) and Lee (Linda) Kramer.
