Harry retired from the Lincoln Telephone Company after 40 years, spending 13 winters in Arizona following his retirement. He was an active member of the masons-blue lodge, attaining the honor of Scottish Rite Mason for 50 years. He enjoyed his time in the Sesostris Shrine Little Cars and Gourmet Club, being a Potentate’s Aide in 1997. He served as Associate Guardian of Jobs Daughters Bethel 62. Harry served in the United States Air Force for four years during the Korean War. He continued to serve as a member of the American Legion for 50 years.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years Doris, son Douglas, four brothers and four sisters.
He is survived by his daughters Debora and Mary, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren with one on the way.
A private graveside will take place at a later date. Memorials are designated to The Sesostris Shrine of Lincoln.
