Lloyd Kenneth Mickle, 90, of Lincoln, passed away on Friday, September 30, 2016. He was born on November 26, 1925, to Ellis and Hazel (Hardnock) Mickle in Alvo. He married Kathy Chelewski on November 28, 1953. Lloyd served in the Navy during WWII and was a lifelong farmer. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. We were all very blessed to have him in our lives. Survivors: daughters Sue (Mick) Sibbel, Linda (Randy) Schantell, both of Lincoln. Grandchildren: Jenny (Aaron) Cox of California, Stacie (Matt) Engler, Mikki Schantell of Lincoln, Stephanie Schantell of Omaha. Great-granddaughter, Hazel Engler. Preceded in death by wife; Kathy, and parents. Memorial graveside service: 4 p.m. Thursday, October 6, at Lincoln Memorial Park, 6700 So. 14th. Meet at Gate #2. Cremation. No visitation.
