Loretta was united in marriage to the love of her life, Larry Hartman, on June 10, 1967. Together they built a life centered on family and raised two sons. Their years were filled with memories, laughter, and a deep devotion to one another.
Loretta had a love for simple joys. She found great happiness in planting and tending to her flowers; often filling her yard with color and life. She had a special place in her heart for cats and cared for many throughout her life. Loretta also enjoyed gambling, writing thoughtful letters to friends and staying connected to the many people she cared about.
Those who knew Loretta remember her as a friendly and social woman who seemed to know everyone. She had a generous heart and a gift for giving. If Loretta knew you, chances are she had given you a small gift, a thoughtful note or some gesture that showed she was thinking of you. It was simply who she was.
Above all else, Loretta fiercely loved her sons and grandchildren. They were the light of her life, and she treasured every moment spent with them.
Loretta will be remembered for her kindness, generosity and the many friendships she built over the years. Her presence will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
