Michael and Esther Weskamp

Esther was born on January 14, 1942 in Thompson, Nebraska to Charles & Bessie (Hayes) Walbridge.

Mike was born on September 30, 1945 in Norwich, England to Bernard & Beatrice (Prickett) Weskamp.

They were united in marriage on September 26, 1983. Mike & Esther spent most of their careers at Seal Rite Windows. Mike also served 4 years in the United States Navy.

They enjoyed gardening, going to Salt Dog baseball games, bird watching and spending holidays with family.

Mike is survived by his son Chris (Lori) Weskamp; sister Pat (Jim) Beem; brother Bob Weskamp.

Esther is survived by her daughter Tami Bridger; son Brian Wolfe; sister Mary (John) Miloche; sister Wanda (Les) Holmes.

Together Mike & Esther share 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents and son Cory Weskamp. Esther was preceded in death by her parents; sisters and brother-in-law’s: Dorothy (Bud) Ray, Betty (Bob) Ripley, brother & sister-in-law Butch (Evelyn) Walbridge, brothers Albert Walbridge, Mike Walbridge and son Fred Wolfe.

A visitation for Michael and Esther will be held Friday, October 20, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 6800 South 14th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68512. A funeral service will occur Friday, October 20, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Lincoln Memorial. An interment will occur Friday, October 20, 2023 at 2:45 PM at Lincoln Memorial Park, 6700 South 14th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, Section Y.
