Michael L. Thimijan, 66, of Lincoln, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2015. He was born on February 9, 1949, in Lincoln, NE to Loyd and Ida (Irons) Thimijan. Loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. Master Electrician and avid Bowler. Longtime Outreach Director with Messiah Lutheran. Man of strong faith, dedicated to his family and church. Survivors: Wife of 45 years, Sherry. Daughter: Kristen (Casey) Thimijan Nugent. Son: Mark L. Thimijan. Grandsons: Liam, Ronan and Connell Nugent. Father-in-law: Donald Scalf. Sister and Brother-in-law: Rosemary and Doug Srb and Susan and Brad Beckman. Nieces and nephews: Tawny Brown, Brian Srb, Katie Troupe, Nichole Kaiser and Eric Beckman.
