

Ryan Margaret Post Ryan was born September 8, 2004 in Lincoln and passed peacefully surrounded by her family on October 26, 2017. She was an 8th grader at Norris Middle School. She was passionately devoted to club cheer at Cheer Xpress for 5 years, not only as a student but also as a mentor. She was a cheerleader’s cheerleader. She is an inspiration in everyone’s lives. She adored her family and spending time with them. She wasn’t scared of an adventure. She loved camping, tubing, boating, swimming, target shooting, shopping, her 3 dogs and 2 cats. She shared a special bond with her sisters and loved helping with her little brother. Ryan gave the gift of life to Nebraska Organ Recovery which saved 5 lives and helped countless others. Preceded in death by great great grandmother, Marguerite Kostal; great great grandmother, Dorothy Landon; great grandmother, Margaret Busch; great grandfather, Ralph Post, and cousin, Gavin Forney. Survived by mother, Colleen Lovett (Jamie Lane); father, Jeramie Post (Becky Young); sisters, Riley Post, Raelyn Post and Dakota Sturm; brothers, Jaden McKeever, Alec and Zachary Lane; grandparents, Mark and Marie Yeck and Greg and Rena Post; great grandparents, Darlene Barnes, Philip Busch, Marilyn Yeck and Gerald Yeck; aunts and uncles, Molly Voorhees (Josh), Emily Forney (Chris), Brent Lovett, Andrew Post (Jessica) and Matthew Post (Wendy); numerous cousins and especially close with her cousin, Bailey Lovett and numerous other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers memorials suggested to First National Bank of Omaha in name of Ryan Post. The family is requesting all phones and electronic devices be left at home or in personal vehicles. No photos will be permitted. VISTITATION Friday, November 3, 2017 from 4-8pm with family 5-7pm at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home. FUNERAL SERVICE Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 10am Sheridan Lutheran Church 6955 Old Cheney Rd. A private family graveside and reception will follow.
