She was born on December 19, 1939, in Geneva, Nebraska to Floyd Elton (Tony) and Glenda Wilson. Prior to her lengthy battle with dementia, Kaye enjoyed fishing and cooking fish for her family, gardening, appreciating nature, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survived by daughter and son-in-law Melanie and Kevin Buis of Roca; daughter and son-in-law Tammy and Garrett Engle of Lincoln; grandchildren: Mollie Stewart and husband Jay Stewart, Elliott Engle and wife Savannah Engle; great grandchildren: Brooklyn and Boston Engle and third great grandchild due to arrive in August.
Preceded in death by beloved husband Roger Waterman; her parents and stepfather; and grandchildren Taylor Engle and Anthony Buis.
Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, 10:30 am on April 30, 2024 at Southwood Lutheran Church, 4301 Wilderness Hills Blvd, Lincoln, Nebraska. Private family inurnment.
