Wayne L. Phillips, 76, of Lincoln, NE, was born April 24, 1939 in Seward, NE to Glen and Wilda Phillips. He passed away April 8, 2016. Wayne was a Navy veteran and retired from Burlington Northern Railroad. Survivors: brothers Gene (Nancy) Phillips of Waverly and Darrell (Alyce) Phillips of Glendale, AZ: sister-in-law Joyce Hoffman, brother-in-law Duane (Ruth) Hoffman, sister-in-laws: Romaine (Charlie) Chiarelli, Jenelle (Alan) Duffy, Janet (Larry) Madison, Marla (Tom) Mumgaard, Merrilee (Mark) Ediger, brother-in-law Daryl (Teresa) Hoffman, mother-in-law, Mary Fern Hoffman and extended family. Preceded in death by his parents, wife: Judy (Hoffman) Phillips and brother, James. Brother-in-laws Kenneth Hoffman, Harold Hoffman, sister-in-law Patricia Varga, father-in-law Robert J. Hoffman.
