Dan Galex Milord Gelin

Dan, age 27, departed this earthly life on December 3, 2021.

Dan had a great sense of humor and a humble heart. He loved spending time with family whom he was protective of. Dan will always be remembered for his unforgettable and contagious laugh.

Dan was one of his mother's two children and only son. He is survived by his parents, Archadius and Marie Lourdes, one sister Lest-Phalett, sixteen half-brothers and sisters, twenty-eight nieces and nephews, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul; He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me; Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; Thou anointest my head with oil, my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

A funeral mass for Dan will be held Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at St. Michael's Holy Rosary Church, 52 Smith St, Elizabeth, NJ 07201. Internment to follow at the Rosehill Cemetery. Located at East Edgar Road, Linden, NJ 07036.
