Edith Roman, 76, of Elizabeth, New Jersey passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2022. Edith was born December 21, 1945 in Puerto Rico. Edith's family said she had "hands of gold" as she was an exceptional cook.
Edith was predeceased by her husband, Ramon F. Vasquez.
Edith is survived by her children; Margarita Vasquez, Marilyn Vasquez, Jesus Vasquez, Benny Torres, Grandchildren; Veronica Emateguy, Reinaldo Torres Jr., Jesus Vasquez Jr., Xavier Sanchez-Berrios, Logan Sanchez-Berrios, Aiden Sanchez-Berrios, Payton Sanchez-Berrios, Ethan Sanchez- Berrios, Percival Emateguy Jr., Stephanie Torres, Benny Torres Jr., Great-Grandchild, Sophia Rose Torres.
A visitation for Edith will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2022 from 9:00 AM to the 11:00 AM funeral service at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East St. George Avenue, Linden.
