Fernando Fajardo

Fernando Fajardo, 68, of Keyport, NJ passed away suddenly on Thursday, May 18, 2023. He was originally from Oriente, Cuba. Fernando was the Pool Custodian (AKA The Pool Man), at the Dunn Sports Center of Elizabeth Public Schools for over 30 years. He is predeceased by his mother and father, Caridad and Jose Fajardo, brother, Henry, and brother Mariano. He is survived by his loving wife, Bernice Fajardo, son, Fernando (Lupe), grandsons Emmanuel, Fernando III, and Gabriel, son Josue (Amanda), grandsons Josue, Jacob, and granddaughter Bella, son Daniel (Yolaiki), granddaughter Estella, adopted son Christian Ricardo, brothers Jose and Antonio. He is also survived by his adoptive mother, Antonia Del Toro, sister Letty Perry (Brian), grandsons, Micah and Nicholas, sister Lissett Del Toro, grandson, Moises Oliveri and granddaughter Mia Oliveri. Fernando loved camping and being surrounded by nature. Nothing was more important to him than the Royal Rangers. It was his mission in life to teach young men about Christ. He will be missed dearly.

A visitation for Fernando will be held Saturday, May 27, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036.
