Joseph Robert Krynicky

Joseph was born in Jersey City on November 22, 1943, and went on to live a remarkable and impactful life. The son of Helen and Joseph, he was raised with a strong sense of family and curiosity. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, he earned a degree in mathematics and became a pioneer in the field of data science. He often merged his expertise in statistics and data into his innovative work, creating groundbreaking slot machine technologies that showcased his creativity and analytical abilities. Joseph shared a loving marriage with his wife, Patricia, until her passing in 2017. His brilliant mind and warm spirit left a lasting legacy on his community and all who knew him.

Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Joseph, and his beloved wife, Patricia.

He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Jason, Jim (Michelle), Andrew (Elizabeth); his sister Linda Wolfe (Rick); and his cherished grandchildren, Olivia, Emma and Norah.

A visitation for Joseph will be held Monday, August 25, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036.
