Marie A Mayard

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marie Andre Daniel Mayard aka Manmie Maille on January 24, 2025 at the age of 85 . Manmie Maille was a beloved spouse, parent, sibling, friend and a cherished member of Delmas 19 2eme Rue Jeune Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

Born on April 02, 1939 in Grand Saline, Haiti.

Manmie Maille was an active member of her community. She was a church goer. She was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. In her neighborhood, she was everyone’s grandma “Moun Tout Moun”. Manmie Maille loved going to church, helping the needy, music, dancing, cooking, gardening and sewing.

Manmie Maille is survived by her children Clement Augustin, Gaety Desmarattes, Carole Leconte, Gilbert Augustin, Gina Mayard and Valencia Mayard. Her grandchildren Catherine Desmarattes, Palmer Desmarattes, Joanne Sigue, Augustus Marshal, Elissa Leconte, Gilbert Augustin Jr, Jacky Leconte, Tamika Jean Baptist, Alexandria Maurice Augustin, Christ Akillis Delbrune, Marc Augustin, Justin Leconte and Mark Valentine Augustin. She will also be deeply missed by her extended family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.

A celebration of Manmie Maille’s life will be held on Saturday, February 01, 2025 at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 E Saint Georges Avenue, Linden NJ 07036 at 9:00-11:00 am. Interment to follow at Rosedale Cemetery, Linden.
