Martin Roman

Martin Roman, age 63, of Newark, New Jersey passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021. Martin was born February 6, 1957 to the late Juan Roman and Maria Perez in San Sabestian, Puerto Rico. Martin was an avid gardener and enjoyed growing his own vegetables and herbs. He would love using his freshly grown vegetables to cook meals for the entire family. He was a lover of all animals and had many pet birds himself. All who had the pleasure of meeting or knowing Martin knows how special he was and that he will be greatly missed.

Martin is survived by his loving wife Doris Diaz Roman, children Martin Roman Jr., Julio Roman , Christian Caba, and Jennifer Roman and their significant others, 7 siblings, and 7 grandchildren.

A visitation for Martin will be held Sunday, January 24, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036. A funeral mass will take place on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 11AM at St Columba's Church, 25 Thomas St, Newark, NJ 07114. A funeral will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031.
