The loss of someone so close is difficult to bear.  We share your grief.

Dad...You were my hero, my "Rocky", and simply put the toughest person I know. I will never forget the life lessons you taught me nor will I forget the love you gave to this family and this world. Your grandchild will know all about you and I will never let your memory fade. I love you so much dad.

    No words can express the loss I'm feeling.  My only consolation is the faith I have that we will see each other again in Gods time.  Until then, I'll hang on to all the memories of fun, family, laughter and magic that you brought into my life.

To My Dear Brother Gene,
    As a child you stepped up to the plate when our dear father died, keeping an eye on things and giving what you could, while dealing with your own personal sorrows and losses.
  You rallied from those tragic times and taught me that we can love again and be loved no matter what our life circumstances have left us with . 
 You shared that very lovable crazy red head and two beautiful boys with all of us.  You always made me feel like a princess, and at home in your house. We shared our beliefs and dramas with one another,in humor and sorrow.
  You were there for me when I woke up from pelvic surgury, when I broke my arm and when I had that terrible car accident that landed me in the hospital for five days. 
 You gave me driving lessons(although I clearly didn't listen), helped me to shop for two guitars, my first new car and walked me down the aisle twice.
  You so amused me with your music (blues guitar), antics, sense of humor, paintings, magic, entrepreneurial skills and mutual pleasure in good Scotch and "The Power of Positive Thinking", by Norman Vincent Peale.
 Even in the face of death you squeezed my hand many times and struggled to say "go home now".
 The expressions, the voice, the humor, the hugs, the sparkle and pirate smile gone in the wink of an eye...gone!!!! and now I must go on without you. It is not fair!
  But I trust I can make you proud as I internalize your spirit..for I know that I am a better woman for having loved you and had you as a brother.
A part of me will die with you. I am so sad...I cannot say goodbye. Hug Nola for me,  
        I will love you forever,
