Katherine M. Chronis, age 75, passed away on January 2nd, 2013. She was born in Chicago, IL on January 27, 1937 and lived most of her life in Naperville, IL. Katherine was the loving mother of Marianthe Nutt and the late Nicholas Chronis; cherished grandmother of Michael and Christopher; dear sister of Lela (Steve) Karvas and the late James (Mary) Kostas and loving aunt and cousin to many. Katherine had a strong Christian faith her entire life. She always had a kind word to give to those she encountered. A funeral service will be held on January 9th, 2013, 10 am at St. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 11025 S. Roberts Road, Palos Hills, IL, 60465.
