Our Heavenly Father called Evelyn Francis Howell, of Little Rock home, January 12, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Bill E. Howell and her son, Mark “Randy” Howell. She leaves behind three daughters, Leatha Abbott of Alexander, AR, Rose Martinka of Baytown, TX, and Becky Howell of Little Rock, AR; eight grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. She loved reading and spending time with family. She will forever be missed.
