NORTH LITTLE ROCK. Flora Ray Williams Hoff of North Charleston, South Carolina, passed away in North Little Rock, Arkansas on December 21, 2016. Flora was born on May 15, 1928, in Shallotte, North Carolina to Burt and Mary Williams. She married St. Elmo Hoff of Ridgeville, South Carolina on May 18, 1946 and they lived their entire married lives in North Charleston. She is survived by two daughters, Deborah Rae Singleton (Charles) of Little Rock, Arkansas and Patricia Anne Mizzell of Givhans, South Carolina. She is also survived by five grandchildren including Melissa Singleton Stone (Clay) and Damon Charles Singleton (Stephanie) both of Little Rock, as well as nine great grandchildren. Burial will be at the Carolina Memorial Gardens in North Charleston, South Carolina. A Memorial service and funeral arrangements are pending. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Friendship Baptist Church at 5032 Lackawanna Blvd., North Charleston, S.C. 29405.
