On December 18th, Jeffrey Todd Wilburn left this earth at the young age of 54 years, nine days. He was born in Houston, Texas on December 10, 1963, and is survived by three sons; Joshua (Christine), Bremerton, WA., Whittington and Preston, Little Rock; stepdaughter Brittany Teague; granddaughter Mallory, Fayetteville, GA.; fiancé Tonya Peters; parents Ronnie and Francine Clark, and step-sisters Sarah (Tom) Lee and Lane (Keith) Scott, Little Rock.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Frances Diane.
Todd worked for Clark Power Corporation for many years, but during his off time he was a sports and music enthusiast, collecting many recordings. He shared these interests with Dr. Brad Baltz, his CARTI physician.
Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, December 21 at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W. 12th Street. Shelby Smith of Fellowship Bible Church will officiate a private graveside service at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 22nd at Roselawn Memorial Park, 2801 Asher Avenue.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to CARTI of Arkansas.
