Geneva Nan Davis, known to most as “Nan”, 85, of Benton passed away February 28, 2025. Nan was born September 10, 1939 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Norman and Freeda (Mowrey) Davis. In addition to her parents, Nan was welcomed into Heaven by her brother-in-law, Lonnie Mitchell.
In her free time, Nan enjoyed crocheting, bird watching, and solving word searches. She was well-known for her handmade potholders, which she would lovingly give as gifts for birthdays and Christmas.
Nan is survived by her sisters, Tressie Mitchell and Kathy Marie (Terry) Davis Crank; special nephew, Mark (Denise) Mitchell; and several other nieces, nephews and extended family that will miss her dearly.
Funeral services will be 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Crystal Hill Baptist Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
