Neil Cookman, 61, of Little Rock, passed away peacefully on April 3rd, 2016, with his family by his side. Neil was born and raised in the United Kingdom, then moved to the United States in 1978 with his wife to continue their careers in nursing. Neil worked at the Arkansas State Hospital and UAMS for many years. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Margaret (Maggie), sons, Paul and Josh (Alissa), two much loved granddaughters, Lillie and April, his siblings Julie, Carol, and Paul, all of the United Kingdom. A private service will be held at a later date. The family wishes to thank Hospice Home Care for their wonderful service, and the many friends and family for the kindness and prayers throughout this difficult time.
