Peggy Jean Notgrass, 66, of Redfield, AR passed away on December 27, 2025. She was born on February 19, 1959, in Hayti, MO to Morris Notgrass and Dorothy Bay Notgrass. She received her education at the University of Litte Rock, and Southeastern Missouri State University, obtaining her master’s degree in education. She enjoyed cooking and visiting with her family, reading and playing cards. She is preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Lynn Kelsey.
She is survived by Sandy Leonard, her life partner of 41 years; three siblings, Kimball (Judy) Kelsey, John (Tracy) Notgrass, and Danny Notgrass; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
